About Santo Tripodi
An awe researcher, ORSC-certified coach, and the founder of Uncloud — a practice for slowing down. Italian-Australian. Working globally.
Santo Tripodi was born into a family of Calabrian farmers who emigrated to suburban Australia. He grew up at the intersection of immigrant and queer identities — and that meeting place is where his work began. Today he is recognised as one of a small group of practitioners working at the intersection of positive psychology, nervous-system science, and embodied wellbeing.
Doctoral research
Santo is a doctoral candidate in psychology and philosophy, supported by the Australian Government Research Training Programme (RTP) — a competitive national scholarship. His research focuses on how everyday experiences of awe, embodiment and nervous-system regulation shape psychological wellbeing, with implications for how we design wellness programmes, retreats and corporate workshops in the modern world.
Practice
Through Uncloud, Santo designs and leads multi-day retreats, residencies, corporate workshops, group programmes, panels and 1:1 sessions. His programmes are grounded in nervous-system science, somatic practice and the everyday experience of awe.
Santo is the lead facilitator for Rē Precision Health — a private wellness practice whose programmes have been featured in Vogue, Forbes and Oprah Daily. He has facilitated workshops and chaired panels for organisations including Omnicom, Google, Gartner and We Create Space.
Credentials
Santo is an ORSC-certified coach (Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching, ICF-aligned), a YTT-certified yoga teacher, and trained in tension and trauma releasing exercises (TRE). He facilitates in English, Italian, Spanish and French and works globally.
